Though, this isn't Dick, Tim is still cute xD;;;

I have no clue if i got his costume right, i did it in school without a refrence

BUT!! I colored this with copics~(first time using them seriously xDD) and with only three colors xD but i think it came out alright :3

I'll probably finish coloring him later
